1. Go to app.donorcharm.org

2. Click on Donations

3. Lets start by editing the Payment Reminder Message for a specific donation form

4. Click on Edit

5. Click on SMS: Payment reminder

6. Click on   Save and back

7. View Other Action Column

8. Right click on Send Payment Reminder
